Hospital Patient Satisfaction Survey

Helen Newberry Joy Hospital has partnered with Press Ganey to survey patients treated at our hospital.  You will receive a mailed based survey with questions regarding your recent hospital stay. Surveys may be completed at your convenience and will provide helpful information to improve the care experience.

Benefits of the Press Ganey mailed survey:
- Less intrusive
- More detailed questions about the areas and stages of care our patients receive.
- Improved reporting and analytic tools will offer integrated data and allow us to compare how we’re doing regionally and nationally to more than 10,000 organizations in Press Ganey’s database.

Survey responses are confidential. Press Ganey will not reveal your name to Helen Newberry Joy Hospital unless you request Press Ganey to do so.

Please be assured that Helen Newberry Joy Hospital does not provide personal information about our patients and information about our patient’s medical status or treatment to Press Ganey.

We depend on our patients and families to keep us informed about how we are doing. If you receive a survey in the mail, we ask that you take a few minutes to complete it and return it in the envelope provided.

If you have any questions about the survey process or your stay with us, please contact the Patient Advocate at 906-293-9233.
