Here are the HNJH payment plan guidelines to help ensure individuals making payments avoid being sent to collections.
Dollar Tier | Payment Plan Amount | Payment Plan Timeframe |
$1,199.99 or Less | 10% of Starting Balance | 10 Months |
$1,200 or Greater | 5% of Starting Balance | 20 Months |

Co-insurance is a set percentage of the total charge of your healthcare expenses not covered by your insurance. This percentage is the patient’s responsibility.
What other bills may I receive?
In addition to the bill from HNJH, you may receive bills from doctors or other healthcare providers who delivered services to you.
Why didn't my insurance pay?
You will need to contact your insurance company or refer to your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for more information.
Healthcare Financial Assistance
